The apartment is located in the historic Serlupi Crescenzi building on Via del Seminario 116, adjacent to Piazza della Rotonda, where the Pantheon is located.
It is a fifth-floor apartment with an elevator overlooking the street itself, with a bedroom with canopy bed, living room with sofa bed, a dining room, bathroom and kitchen. Air conditioning and wi-fi throughout the house, the special feature is the wooden ceilings typical of old houses in the center of Rome.

The space
This neighborhood is considered the historical center par excellence where it is pleasant to walk around even without a precise destination. Wandering around the neighborhood, it is possible to come across large and monumental noisy squares or romantic and unusual corners, palaces, famous museums or small churches full of masterpieces, many of them, in fact, house works by Caravaggio, Michelangelo and Raphael.

This part of Rome is certainly the most famous and frequented by tourists, who do not miss a visit to the joyous Piazza Navona, with its renowned fountains, street artists and portrait painters, to the Pantheon, another symbol of Rome along with the Colosseum, and to Campo de'Fiori, a lively and colorful square where a large number of young people flock in the evening to have an aperitif or an after-dinner chat.

But it is also the part of Rome with a high concentration of institutional buildings; in addition to the Senate and the Chamber of Deputies, the French Embassy, the marvelous Palazzo Farnese, and the Brazilian Embassy are based here.

A large amount of trendy cafes, bars and restaurants with outdoor tables, pizzerias by the slice contribute to the liveliness of this neighborhood.
